Resolved
Issue: This morning we experienced an email processing delay within the Sonar platform, which led to emails being held in a backlog and not sent out right away.

Resolution: As of 10:05 AM CST, the issue has been fully resolved. Sonar took swift action to address the problem, and email processing functionality has been fully restored. Emails are now being processed as expected. Furthermore, all emails that were previously held in the backlog due to the delay are now being sent out.
